I realized I had gained a gooood amount of fat in the past few days…

In a good way :)
I am feeling so much stronger now. Yeah I need to work out a little more too.

Always start off fresh with breakfast! For me I know that a nice and good breakfast pretty much determine my day.

I don’t know if I can say I am fully recovered now but seriously, like I am not even paying much attention to my body now. I am just happy with whatever.

Not much. Just a few things:

  • and self control. on everything.
  • think positively.

Pretty easy right? trust me, it is not gonna be as easy as it looks. but i believe i can do it! :)
